A 12-Month Journey to Deepen Your Practice, Step Into Your Power, and Share Embodiment with the World

The Embodiment Teacher Training is a year-long, hybrid programme for emerging embodiment practitioners ready to deepen their personal practice, refine their facilitation, and bring their authentic leadership into the world.

Whether you're a movement guide, coach, healer, space-holder, or creative spirit—this is a space to grow, connect, and rise together.

🌿 The Journey

Over the course of 12 months, you’ll move through four core modules. Each one is an invitation to explore, embody, and evolve.

MODULE 1 — SELF (3 months)

Start from the inside out.
Develop deep personal embodiment and nervous system awareness. Learn how to listen, move, and express from your centre.

Practices include:

• 5Rhythms

• Yoga & Meditation

• Sounding & Voicework

• Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)

• Personal inquiry and self-reflection

MODULE 2 — OTHERS (3 months)

Authentic connection is an art.
Cultivate presence, truth-telling, and emotional intelligence in relationship with others. Learn the tools that open hearts and deepen trust.

Practices include:

• Authentic Relating & Non-Violent Communication (NVC)

• Modern Tantra

• Wheel of Consent

• Group process & relational embodiment

MODULE 3 — WORLD (3 months)

You are part of something much bigger.
Discover your place in the great web of life. Connect to nature, purpose, and the collective. Explore what it means to serve.

Practices include:

• Nature Connection & Deep Ecology

• Rite of Passage Solo

• Purpose Discovery & Visioning

• Community ritual & ceremony

MODULE 4 — BUSINESS (3 months)

Make it real. Make it sustainable.
Learn how to share your gifts with the world. Develop the practical skills to build a soulful business and thrive as a facilitator.

Includes:

• Embodiment-based facilitation & coaching skills

• Business foundations for practitioners

• Marketing, sales & authentic visibility

• Holding space online and in-person
